I heard about this small town track in Ohio a few years ago. So finally on Saturday, I loaded up my car a headed to Smithfield, Ohio. Let me just say this....... I never met more friendly people in my life. I can't wait to go back. The people there are the kind of people that if you were to have a problem with your car someone would take it off of there car and give it to you to use. From the time I got there I felt like I've been racing there for years. I felt at home. Thanks Tim, April, Jeff and Ben for his advice on suspension adjustments.

Thank you smoking Joe, its good to hear the positive things about the track instead of the negative stuff. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself & we were glad to have you. As I stated to you , you must come and camp over a weekend. This is why I initially made this track my home track, because its a very friendly race track....hope to see you soon...

John, it is a mom & pop kinda place. The total length of track with runoff is approx. 1/4 mile. We handle cars that run in the 5's 125-135 mph.

John P, the airstrip is 3500' long. it was formerly known as runways 15/33. the first 500-600' (south end) is now the staging lanes. the final 600-700'(north end) is the original 1972(approx) pavement. that leaves us with 2200' Which gives you 700' for start line and track with about 1500' of shutdown. Happy to share some of my useless knowledge with you.

I moved up here in 2002 and have been going to the track every weekend that I am not working. I have made so many friends over the past few years there. I even get to race when my car isnt broken lol
